Everything about paying for Sitesfare: what your plan includes, adding extras, one bill, and exactly what happens if a renewal is missed.
What every plan includes
- Your website on
yourname.sitesfare.com, with HTTPS. - A standard email address on every paid tool, like
you@yourname.sitesfare.com(the Business Website tool includes 5, E-commerce and Housing include 2). - A custom domain plan (₹4,999 a year per domain) adds one more email address, and every address you have also works on your own domain:
you@yourname.comarrives in the same inbox.
Adding extras at checkout: one payment, one invoice
When you choose a tool, Review your order lets you add extras at the same time: more mailboxes, more storage, removing the Sitesfare footer, your own domain and more.
- Everything you pick is paid in one payment, renewing together, and one invoice lists every item with its own amount.
- Billing yearly is 12 × the monthly price, for the tool and the extras, paid once a year.
- The custom domain plan is yearly, so picking it switches the order to yearly billing.
Extras you add later (from the dashboard) are paid on their own, from that day. The Billing page adds everything up for you in Your bill, with the date and amount of each next payment.
Before anything ends
- Renewing automatically: we email you 7 days before each renewal.
- Not renewing (you cancelled, or a one-time pass): we email you 7 days, 3 days and the day before it ends.
- A renewal payment fails: we tell you the same day and try again automatically. Your site stays up during a short grace period (3 days).
If a renewal is missed
When the grace period is over, whatever is not paid for stops:
- the website is paused (visitors see a short "paused" page);
- its mailboxes and any custom domain pause too (the site falls back to its sitesfare.com address);
- extras that were not renewed (more storage, more mailboxes) stop counting.
Nothing is deleted yet. Renew from Billing and everything comes back at once, exactly as it was.
Reminders, and the 60-day rule
While something is paused we keep reminding you: 1, 3, 7, 14, 21 and 30 days after the pause.
Your website, its mailboxes and files are kept for 60 days. Before anything is deleted we warn you 15 days, 7 days and 1 day ahead.
On day 60, if it is still not renewed:
- the website is deleted: its pages, uploaded files, mailboxes and their mail, and any connected domain;
- its address (
yourname.sitesfare.com) is released, so anyone can register it.
Your Sitesfare login stays, on the Free plan, with all your invoices (we keep invoices for 8 years, as Indian GST law requires). You are welcome back any time.
A custom domain whose plan lapses is disconnected after 60 days too. Your registration at the registrar is not affected.
Cancelling
Billing → Cancel renewal stops the next payment. You keep everything until the end of the period you have already paid for; then the steps above apply.
